Help me find this manhwa

The mc works at an office. His team leader dies and he acts as if he isn't affected by it but it turns out the Mc liked the team leader a lot and is actually sad about his death. Then one day on his way home he brings a wounded snake back home which turns out to be the team leader.. The mc takes care of him however whenever the ml turns back to his human form he never speaks cz he's forgotten the human language (?)
