I’m sorry I didn’t ask them about the comments so I’m unsure but here was there direct response. “ I'm sorry, one of our data disk was crashed, we lost part of the data of users servral days ago, but we still can restore part of the data from rating and tags.
we can only get the manga back if you rated or added tags when added manga to your list”
I emailed the mangago team and essentially any worked you tagged will be recovered but If you didn’t tag it it’s gone and you have to resave it yourself.
