must be an older sibling thing...my older brothers sat on the top of a toy box I was in while they taped it shut and now I'm claustrophobic. tho rarely triggered without small spaces to crawl into these days ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Yall should hit your siblings, causing actual phobias are vile as hell. Phobias arent easy to get rid of and cause serious stress
Omg I’ve found my people. My older sister used to stick me under a laundry basket and then sit on top of it. Thankfully I didn’t gain a phobia of small spaces, but there was a time when I was terrified of water because she would also hold me under water until I was just out of breath when we went swimming
My older sister and her friends used to trap me inside boxes with stuff piled on top so they could go hang out whenever I was forced to attend my sister's sleepovers. Developed the same exact fear lol. Movie theaters aren't scary for me though, since most theaters have huge screens + There are other people.
