Yes. From my understanding it happened to everyone. I, like many others, was crushed. Especially since I use this site to keep track of all my reads (and wants) no matter where I will read them. I'm completely lost now. They are slowly coming back. But all three lists, so far, are ALL going into the "already read" list. At least on mine it is.
Here's a thread I've bookmarked where someone was nice enough to write out all of what happened. Hopefully it'll work for you if you want to read it. (Copy/paste is the only way for me to share links on my device.)

omg tysm for sharing this! I checked the latest discussion on the thread and it seems that we don't know if the want to read and currently reading lists are coming back
I kinda had a feeling since everything has been going to the "already read" list. I've been separating it back myself. I don't expect any of the "want to read" list back. That's probably lost forever. After I checked some conversations/threads again yesterday and the word going around now is that they will only be able to bring back ones that were rated and/or tagged. Which really sucks because (except for occasionally) I try not to rate something until it's been completed. And I rarely tag anything. But now...I'm tagging EVERYTHING! And making back up lists.

Did anyone else lose all their read/wanting to read bookmarks? I havent logged in to this site in a couple of weeks and when I did today all of my saves are gone. );
