Help me please~

I have a screenshot that I took from a bl Manga but I can't remember the name of it. I'm pretty sure the main characters worked together. The boss has black hair and is afraid of sleeping alone or showering alone, and the employee has blonde hair, wears glasses, and is named Takimoto. The boss asks the employee to sleep in his bed with him at night and stand outside the shower while he showers!!! (I haven't read it in a long time and the only info I have is from the screenshot and my terrible memory so some parts of the description might be wrong but I think it's pretty close!!)
