Is there still hope of getting our lists back??

It's already been a week+ since this happened but none of them have fully returned and my "Reading" list is still at 0 when it used to have 2k and my "Want to Read" list also feels incomplete the numbers of content hasn't changed for days now when few days ago it was slowly adding works each day ╥﹏╥

I already saw the email reply btw saying that their data disk crashed and they can only save/bring back the works we rated or tagged... But I had lots of tagged or rated works in my Reading list yet it's still completely empty...
Also I have noticed that some of my works that I used to have on "Reading" list are now showing up on my "Already Read" list?

I just want to know if there is any hope of the lists getting updated further or if I should start sorting out my lists now manually... ┗( T﹏T )┛
