I think the mc is a second year, so 17, while the ML is probably 19 by what I understood of he's the same age as the sister and a uni freshman

Personally I don't mind when the age gap is 4 years apart and lower, plus not to be that person, Japan's age of consent is 16 and above, so they are both legal
