Mine was mixed with already read so i manually seperated them. May be the case for you too
That's not true.. About 6000 of my already read with comments & tags are still gone. The ones came back, were read almost decade ago.

no i checked and they just all were deleted :( i looked at manga i was reading but it just wasn't marked anymore
