I'm with you here. And some people just be comparing this to Killing Stalking. It's not even as violent as that, the ML just kidnapped and SA'd the MC he did not even try to hurt him violently like breaking a bone
Ml is like a kid who doesn't know right or wrong because he is an experiment product in this story setting. Even his rescuer in a sense is twist in his own way so it is doomed from the start for those who can't handle kidnapping and SA.
MC is arrogant and prideful but he do is best to survive in his twisted way. The environment he grew up in was what you could expect from very religious and asian family ways of thinking. I would say his pride and arrogance was knocked away after the kidnapping part long with what his parents think about him.
The only thing I was a bit annoyed with is about the red hair guys cause MC will only defend his friend not him. You can expect him to think that he will defend homosexuals when many Asian countries don't accept them like every his bf got beaten by his father. MC is at least a good friend who cares about his friend in his own way. If he wants to be angry go and hurt his bf's father. You getting out of control and hurting him and then got in trouble is your fault, no?
I hate Ml father and hope he gets in jail and stay in there for eternity cause children are not experimental products and things you can use and discard if they are not useful.
Side story baby is so cute, didn't expect mpreg but I love it.
As I said, if you can really ignore kidnapping and SA you can see the depth of the story in a way.
