I reread the first few chapters and noticed that the flowers Shuraka bought for Tei the first time they met - pear blossoms. The same flowers tree of Tei's mother. So yes that flower really is made for Tei. Also is there any omegaverse or pregnancy trait mixed in this story because when they were getting married Shuraka's father (the king) said something like bless my 13th son and his bride who will bear my son's child.... Hm interesting
