there's a reason why things happen, that's why you can only look back at the past and all your experiences and regrets are what would shape you, learning from your mistakes and realizing that said mistakes are the reason why you've grown to be who you are today than that "perfect" what-if future... like that might've been the "best" version of you, but is it truly the "happiest" and most content version you'd ever be?

Learning that the people you met now, and formed such deep bonds with wouldn't have been in that future of yours, and that maybe you would've met other people and would feel the same, but that's for that version of you to know. Since you already experienced this version, that alternate universe would definitely feel hollow, empty and wrong... I just know that's how Jinhyeong felt the moment he realized. Uyun wouldn't have been with him, wouldn't have stayed in that one room apartment with him...

He must've felt so scared ;'l and imagining that scenario for MYSELF feels so damn sad too like ion want that, we suffered in this lifetime but so what?! I wouldn't trade this imperfect life for that perfect life if it meant not being together with the people I have right now... especially my lover. Sometimes good things fall apart so better things could fall together.
