Spoiler . . . . . . . . I read the MTL version once, but it was a long time ago so maybe I kinda forgot some parts but from what I remember:
-MC gonna sacrifice himself to save everyone stuck in dungeon. Apparently the dungeon boss is almost impossible to kill since its weakness spot is hidden in a chest, which can be acquired once the other monster (also stronger than the dungeon boss) is defeated so it was almost impossible for ML and the others to survive.
-the dungeon boss' reward is something related to ML's regressor ability. He regress once more for the last time to meet MC. He rents the apartment room beside MC's, he observes MC daily life (the original seonwoo) . Once our MC isekaid to ML's world, he comes greet MC (with a flower bucket).
-ML told MC (now without previous memory) what happened in the last TL, How he treated MC bad at their first meeting and regrets it. ML claims that they were lover in the last TL but MC doubts him.
- ML sticks to MC like a glue, refuse to leave him, since this time ML wishes that MC will move to ML's guild by his own will without coercion like last time. So he stays at the waiting room in MC's clinic and kinda attracts more visitors which is good for the business lmao.
I don't remember that after MC died, ML keep regressing untill he found MC. I thought that ML was regressing for the last time to meet MC once more since the item he got from defeating the dungeon boss is to deactivate his regressing skill. So he can die peacefully. CMIIW though
