it was an LGBTQ manga. starts with the protag getting outed as gay on the last day of school before summer break. and then he almost jumped off a cliff (bc he thought it was social death for him) but met with a mysterious girl instead. the girl led him to a little community house full of queer people, he start spending his summer break there and befriend a boy who loves to crossdress. i remember there were lesbians and they ended up getting married. and an old gay person called Tchaikovsky (bc he likes the musician, not his real name), his partner was sick on the hospital. the mc also has a crush on his friend, and that friend has some internalized homophobia so he was a bit mean to mc at first when he found out mc has a crush on him.
I FORGOT THE TITLE ARGHHH, the art was beautiful and paneling was gorgeous, i really need to reread it T_T
