It’s because you rated your read list
I rated the ones in my reading list but I still didn’t get them back TT
Check your Already Read and see if all of them are right, and if the ones from your Reading and Want to are there. This happened to me, but I don't know if it would for you too
My already read list is back but my want to read/ reading isnt
