I bet it had something to do with him losing control with devour, his body seems to know something is wrong and projecting it. Just like how he managed to sruvive without eating as a child. He managed to lessen his food intake unconsciously.
Thats what I was thinking too! I hope he doesn't get that skinny again though ): like theres gotta be a different way to control devour other than starving yourself
He seems to be unaware just how he wasnt aware back when he was a child.
Someone around him, besides his mom, has gotta start being aware
By how the next chapters will go. Maru's body will be their least problem.
Ya but if he loses a significant amount of weight and becomes weakened due to it then it'll become a double problem
