I don't think its only omegaverse, most of yaoi has a scene with rape, and a lot is made by women. I try to avoid the ones who have rape, but some are not tagged as such and there is no other way to know than to read it.

It was my problem too, in many webtoons or manga the rape is defended or glorifiedlike you said, in some I have seen people defending it as a kink (which worries me) and some others say its the biggest green flag there is (which is not). There was one in particular that had MANY scenes (the ML even sent someone to rape the brother from a person who hurt the MC) and people still defend it and say its the best thing. I hate it when its used as a form of punishment too, because its not the way to do it., and it is another form of glorification.
I think that its worse since its written by women, and since a lot of women have had a bad experience with SA in some form or another, they shouldn't be writting it as a thing to be glorified.
