I faintly remember the premise being about a (phantom(?)) thief and a cop. So like the thief always announces what he'll steal through a card, the police force tries to catch him yada-yada but the cop MC always manages to get ahold of him but they end up having crazy sex each time. I think he disguised himself as MCs neighbor at one point.
