Can you explain that further? What do you mean by rated or tagged? I know all the ones I had on my lists had ratings and tags? I guess?

for me, the ones that i would have tagged tags like “waiting for more chapters” or “strong female lead”. You could check my profile for example. But if you’re lucky, and had manually added your tag to the manwha, i think some were recovered. But i lost my entire currently reading list, and even some of those had ratings, so im assuming its because they might not have had tags <3
So how did some people get their reading lists back but others didnt..
