Currently in manga it says that he get the skill of those red stones
But in reality the skills are for himself and those tattoos are seals that get unsealed with red stones
I don't remember much since I read it so long ago
I just remembered this part and I didn't finish the story I read until 8th skill release since the novel was super boring
I had read it's novel 10 years ago and i remember story telling in general was pretty horrible
But this one is pretty amazing I love
Recently they have started to make some old titles into manhwa with much better story board
