There’s different lvl of unemployment going on in Japan.
I believe in Japan working part-time is looked down on socially, thus bc he’s not a full timer (aka doesn’t work in an office nor freelances) he’s not “employed”

He calls himself unemployed when he can buy and collect figurines and play online games. Thats luxury right there. they're expensive. He has dual monitor lol
