Bottom is a magician, who protect a floating island
The island is inhabited only by magical creatures
Top is a griffin, but a special one (he received bottom's magic), so he can take human form
A friend sometimes came to sell them things from his boat
And there was a battle a few years ago, so bottom is busy every night resurrecting 3 people
Because of this, he no longer has enough mana to help top, who remains stuck for a while as a griffin
