Can't blame him , pilsang is right now affection hungry who never received one in his life , even though he knows shin will be married off he before leaving him wanna remember these moments as long as he can till the day come he has to leave , but i guess pilsang might leave when he will know "words and affection shin showed him was just a bet of fun" will be revealed by that doctor friend later on.
But that just makes him even more stupid. He clearly says yes, he's getting married, and you still want to stay with him? Just for a little affection and sex?
If you know he's getting married soon, you should leave immediately and not enjoy the present moment.
