i found this : Wattpad for serialized fiction (romance, fantasy), Medium for short stories and essays, and Royal Road for sci-fi/fantasy. For fanfiction, use Archive of Our Own (AO3). Substack is excellent for building a subscriber base, while Inkitt helps new authors gain exposure and potential publishing opportunities.
