First of all it’s not two years. It’s actually three. And why tf do YOU not have an issue with a 19 year and a 16 year old getting together?
It was stated in the manga that the MC is 16 and Noah is 18.

16 and 18 being in a relationship — As long as they are not engaging in anything sexual — non issue for they don't have that much of a gap when it comes to logical reasoning?
Agreed. The fact that you're worried about two characters who are not even official nor doing anything explicit having a 3 year old gap makes me think that the person is expecting some sexual scenes. Hopefully not.

You sound confused to me 'cause Ch 5 pg 10 speech bubble(SB) 5, Ciem stated that His Highness Noah is 18, 2 SB after Selene said that Noah is 2 years older than her. So why are you saying Noah is 19? Can you explain to me why do you keep on saying Noah is 19 when it was clearly stated that he is not. I'll be assuming you didn't properly comprehend what you just read unless you know something I don't.
Also saying "Y'all love to find excuses to like shit like this" when you like "Yoroizuka-san wo Baburasetai" is a different breed of hypocrisy, as that is far worse compared to this series who only have 2 years age gap. You're sense of self is even confused like how you got confused with a simple stated fact in the manga.
