Sershou is actually on Perez side and it's also on Tia's foresight (through the book of Brown swordsmanship manual that Tia gave Perez when they were younger). Sershou are knights who used to train under Brown's that's why they call the former clan head master. Sershou somehow pretended that he's on Angena's side, but in reality he's just taking the land titles that Angena's have only to give it to the Brown's. HEHEHE
BUT ON THE NOVEL
In the future Sershou and Tia will also be rivals LOL because of the fief of Gallahan and Sershou being near each other. It's like a fee or toll (iirc) Sershou asks for the river/sea in the border of his and Gallahan's land. Also as Tia will have a business venture involving cruises.
