Its a manga(?) its in black and white and one of them is rich and the other is poor and troughout the story the rich girl learns to understand the poor girl. I cant really remember what they looked like but I think the rich girl was blonde and the poor girl was also blonde (?????) the poor girl has an older brother that provides for them but she's not close with him and wears provacotive clothing and theyre in highschool but the rich girl doesn't go to school much. PLS HELP IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE FOREVER, also they tend to go on this like path where they can see the sea and rest on the railing. PLS HELP
