Me too, suddenly all my now reading mangas are completely gone!!?
I asked before, and their answer was that there was an overflow in the system because of the surge of users coming to this site. Because of that the system overloaded and most of the data were wiped specifically the reading list. They told me it'd come back, but it seems unlikely now
It's been weeks and I only opened the site now and are they not able to retrieve some of the data for the Now Reading list?
