Ikr?? This manhwa has been an absolute rollercoaster from the start! Every chapter leaves you spiraling with new theories and possibilities. The author really knows how to weave everything together so masterfully. The characters are layered and complex, each carrying their own emotional baggage and the twists especially the taboo elements add so much intensity to it. It offers such a compelling and unique perspective.

agree lol. this could have done “cheaply” given the premise and just be another pornhwa but because of the character’s depth (yeonwoo’s tbh) it becomes something else. i look forward to see how the story unfolds
btw i was reading your other comments on this manhwa and i realized how much of a weirdo the mom is. it’s already so weird that out of nowhere she brings a “boytoy” home + her behavior towards yeonwoo at the party (p diddy coded) but coupled with other hints in the manwa i think she really has just been unhinged from the start … we are just getting hoodwinked by rosa’s pov that says something about their closeness
True!! There is definitely MORE to the mother!! At this point it’s pretty clear that her relationship with Yeonwu was built on exploitation and abuse. She literally drugs him as punishment and it didn’t seem like it was a one-time thing either. The power imbalance between them is already disturbing enough and yet she wants her daughter and everyone to believe he’s her future husband? That’s incredibly messed up.
And let’s not forget that Yeonwu was one of the orphans she sponsored at that orphanage. That just adds another layer to how wrong this whole situation was from the start.
Also, when she said she’s “good at fixing problem kids” that immediately made me think of Rosa aside from Yeonwu. Rosa obviously isn’t in a great mental state rn and I can’t help but feel like her mother played a role in that. To me, Suryeon comes across as someone extremely controlling someone who needs everything to fit her version of how things should be. So honestly, I won’t feel bad at all if Rosa and Yeonwu end up together and mess with her script. I mean you can see how upset she got when Rosa or Yeonwu break out of character and act in a way she didn't predict or want!
To sum it up : Today’s chapter was SO good the chemistry between Yeonwu and Rosa was insanely unmatched in this one and Yeonwu asking why she stopped liking him when he saw Jaeon's hickey with puppy eyes has me in a choke hold! Also that basically confirmed to Rosa that he remembers her even though in the past he denied it...I have so many thoughts right now...
Him being confident in his "skills" and saying to Rosa "Does this feel good enough?" with a smirk???!! And her replying "And what if I say it doesn't?" When on the inside she said this was the first time she felt like this (poor Jaeon) lol
Also Jaeon noticed that Rosa might have a crush...Cause he realised in their latest make out session she had her eyes closed(cause she was imagining Yeonwu) and he was all hot and bothered sigh...
Like they are both so freaky and their bander was peak in this chapter... And as I said Yeonwu is definitely not all wasted and he does feel smth deeper for Rosa!
Now imagine when things get better between them and finally communicate and speak about everything to one another... Cannot wait!!
But based on today's chapter I can see how the future BDSM scenes can work well with these two!! The author is already giving us crumbs.
