Honestly, I'm just baffled buddy has never once considered the fact that his face blindness may actually be causing him issues at work. He knows what happened that night but he can't remember faces so he doesn't know with who hence why he thinks to himself that he'd never be able to find the other dad anyway. Like sir you have a disability and no accommodations for it. Just wingin it.
I agree. I'm totally blaming mc because he KNOWS he has a disability and has absolutely no coping mechanisms in place. I've read another story where the Mc has the same problem and he tries really hard to remember voices and what bag a person usually carries or other ways to identify people. This omega, however, is just out here pretending he's normal then getting mad at other people
