same im now craving any story that has father son bonding but not shounen genre pls . which means MC is not trying to be the best mage/knight/king or whatever just protec

I guess the closest we get is when the FL reincarnates as the mom figure, because in those the kid is almost always a boy. The father-son bond isn't always there in those stories though. The only one that comes to mind where the dad is doting to the son is I Married the Male Lead's Dad.
