Ahh Bless you (つ≧▽≦)つ Thank you so much! I was fixing my list and kinda remembered reading this one.
Does anyone know about this manga wherein the guy proposes to another guy but he was rejected because same-sex marriage is not allowed so fast forward I think he did something to the law and eventually he proposed again and they eventually married.
