The marraige thing is not as likely cuz theyre already married??
Highly likely that the grandfather won't care about that part and will still look for ways to marry of T to a "good" family（/TДT)/
At the end, their marriage is not "conventional" and grandpa must want heirs to keep the business within the family (〜￣△￣)〜

It honestly looks like it could be:
A) The grandfather asking H to leave T because he already has in mind some arranged marriage for him to give "heirs" and run the company.
B) The grandfather took H to pressure T into giving up the shares and the inheritance he got from his grandmother.
C) Option A & B combined ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
D) We are all panicking and H is just a silly cloud that ran out of battery...which seems not to he the case but hope will always die last (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
