More than the proportions it's her shirt that doesn't make sense. It just caves in under her boobs, that's what makes it look so unrealistic

Yeah sure, with tight shirts, and then you get a bunch of wrinkles and it's stretched at rhe chest. It doesn't look like this
And even then there's usally a slight diagonal and a little empty space if it's not bunched up under there. Do you seriously not get what I'm talking about? I don't know how to describe it in more detail
Yes I think I finally got wym after rereading ur comment like 5x over . However I'm not sure wym when u said it doesn't look like that, idk what it would suppose to look like otherwise. Unless u have a certain panel in the manhwa that looks off unless it's like, every panel
Honestly, it's just the way the shirts seem to fit her normally from the chest up and then are also fitted to her tiny waist that feels a little off to me. Like finding shirts for big boobs is famously a struggle. Either it's big enough for the chest and then it's tent city underneath or you get something snug and the fabric around the chest stretches. I guess that amount of realism would be a bit much for a manhwa, and looking at the last chapter I appreciate how her shirt is bunched up under her chest.
I came into this just wanting to push back a little against the idea that being thin with boobs that large is so unrealistic that it's bad anatomy. But I also couldn't deny that there's something off-putting about her side view, so I tried to be more specific about what bothered me.

LOL YES. I NOTICED THAT TOO. Every cute shirt I see online is always for thinner bodies (and even when it's in bigger sizes, it's still appears tight near the chest)
Why are there people out here complaining about their body proportions get out of your house, touch some grass and observe your surroundings because people with that body proportions actually exists
