I think there's a restrictions? Something like only exposed blood can be used as a weapon, but because the lion hides is tough, it's imprenetable and the blood can't be used?
Lots of blood skill can't interfere with the blood within the enemy ..I think the only perception is katara since she can do blood bender lol
