Apparently the psycho son of the scientist became the imperial knight captain. Which made Maddie and the Duke ran away (train escape).
Based on the Duke's remark before the title card, he already realized he likes Maddie.
I need spoilers, or essentially link to the novel. 'Cause I wanna know if Knox and Astrid are safe (from the latest chapters).
Ch 49 and 50 is the cutest by far...
