the summary's "ai girlfriends" part already was such a turn off, but the artstyle looked pretty so i wanted to try reading this.
then in the first panel, an unknown female character talks about how her uterus was surgically removed as a sign of dedication and loyalty to get into a company. to be fair, i think maybe this will go on the route of "wtf is wrong with capitalism" just going off of the summary and first panel, but i'm not going to stick around and find out bc that shit just turned me offfff. idk if this is just rage-bait or shock factor to keep people interested and i'm not supposed to take it srsly, but like bruh that shit made me roll my eyesssss. like idc if it's for a bit, bc i KNOW ppl irl actually do believe this crap that people with a uterus are biologically less capable than those who have one bc of their periods or possible pregnancies or a possible chronic disability associated with having one (not to mention the stereotype of how uterus = "hysterical hormones unfit for the workplace"). ppl who get periods don't even take time off for them or let it interfere with their work unless if there's something srsly wrong with their body, which i can guarantee is NOT a trade-off for time off or work inefficiency LOL.
for all i know maybe the author's going to write that shit into some typa social commentary that i'm not expecting, but like idk LOL. i'll risk the possibility of missing out on that.
I think that part was mostly to emphasize how shitty and fucked up everything got because of capitalism. Like technology and shit advanced but society got worse.
