Hooooo boy I haven't been let down like this for a while. This story started off AMAZING I was so here for it. The art was beautiful, the character designs, the unique concept, everything.
A huge plot point is that the MC was sexually assaulted and harassed by this guy, and he seeks refuge in his newfound killer whale bro. Well the whale decided to embrace the "killer" part and say bon apple teeth to the rapist. Hell yeah.
Except for hell no, because turns out the whale doesn't want to protect us, he just wants to possess us. What they state as "dubious consent" is straight up rape on their first time. I don't give 2 shits that he ain't completely human, that was so disgusting and uncalled for, I don't think any victim of sexual assault would ever be able to look at M same again (let alone keep romanticizing him after he done that). This has got to be a rape fetish at play. I don't even want to read it anymore. When are we going to evolve as a species and stop letting this stupid, fuckwit trope ruin perfectly good manwha.
