Maybe Minmotion syndrome?
Checked the manga, its not Minmotion Syndrome. The partner is much younger when the story started and his mother was alive. I think she was working in a restaurant.

The ML is a mob boss who is an omega, then he takes pity on the son of a debtor who has not yet presented and is currently a highschool student. They live together then I dunno the next part cuz I read this on the early parts :((
