Sorry if it's a dumb question but i keep seeing posts about "not touching your lists" what does that mean? Does that mean I can't mark a manhwa I'm reading as "reading" or "already read" ??

It’s not really a thing anymore. If you hadn’t rated or commented your WTR, NR n AR then they’re not coming back. I’ve added back about 2/3 of what I had before the crash
