mmm it can be technically tagged as harem but lol. seriously? reading it till the latest chapter you'd see they dont exactly "love" him romantically (some of them). you can see that most of them arent like that. and he doesnt even see them like that right now at all
it's also noticeable that there's more screentime for the white haired girl than the rest. the others already became like side characters really. it felt like author just wanted to show each disciples in their respective arcs/chapters.
and it doesnt exactly focus at all at the harem aspect. so maybe this isnt the right manga you're looking for.
really weirded out by how people are hating on it cause of the harem tag that someone added. when it's a good read

The age gap would have been fine if it's just one girl, but multiple girls just feels kinda predatory. If he ends up with just one girl, you can say he just can't help who he falls in love with but if it's multiple younger girls, then he's just a pervert.
Also this type of harem, where the girl's aren't really contributing much storywise cheapens the story. It makes it feel like a fetish read. Only one girl actually contributed to the plotline and that's the first girl, since she helped him become an instructor. I honestly don't mind harem, in fact I love harem when it's done right. For example, the novel Damn Reincarnation did harem right. His wives all like each other and they all contributed to the story. Even the girls he didn't end up with but still liked him were important parts of the story. No one was inserted just to feed someone's fantasy.
Harem is ok, as long as the girl's contribute to the story and there aren't just there to feed someone's fantasy. If you wanna write a shitty harem like that, just write porn.
