? All of us here like reading dark fiction, but this story handles the topic of pedophilia extremely poorly. Yes, it's fiction, but fiction does effect reality. And if you read enough stories that literally have whole plot points about justifying pedophilia, you're bound to start thinking that it's not that bad. People already don't understand WHY pedophilia is bad, they just parade around "oh the age gap!!!" when it is less about the age itself and more about how much more power and influence one party has over the other.
A good example of a story that DOESN'T try to justify pedophilia but embraces the twisted nature of it to write a compelling story would be Niichan by Harada. I recommend you read it to experience what an actual dark fiction dead dove should be
let’s say, the theme is rape, we know it’s bad, author knows it’s bad, they add it ok? People read bc it’s their cup of tea. But what they don’t do is, saying things like oh raping you was justified and ok, bc it’s not. And they never add a whole arc about how rape is right lmao. Cuz we all know it’s bad. But this story literally put on a whole arc abt making the girl being the villain for saying pedo is wrong lmaooooo. Most incest stories, authors never tries to make the siblings in the right and when other characters find out about the relationship they get disgusted! But siblings still be together and be happy together. While the characters aren’t supportive of them. This is just an example from that one ass hentai anime that was hella popular back then. But I don’t think a whole chapters of words of saying it’s okay to groom children and have a relationship with someone older while being young is okay and necessary because it’s really not.
