Just when we think we know everything Yuta suffered, there's still more...

Understand that the suffering Yuta went through won't simply be erased and easily forgotten with kind words and a few gestures of affection.

And that's exactly why I found the author very consistent.

There are so many stories where the ukes forgive the semes so easily and magically "forget" all the bad things they went through that, when we're confronted with a character like Yuta, we think he crossed a line and did too much.

But that's the extent of his suffering and resentment.

SH didn't stop him, much less fight back. More than ever, he understands that the harm Yuta suffered cannot be overcome.

And that, even though he didn't do anything directly in the past (except for leaving him waiting), SH realizes that he is the personification of the people who brought tragedy to Yuta's life.

Yuta, as someone with great pride, a sensitive soul, and a brilliant mind, cannot deny his own pain and resentment for everything and explodes in anger.

It's such a heavy and graphically disturbing story because the author uses so many details.
