For those who don't really get what's happening in the story... The main character (Sawatari) was caught selling himself by the grandson* of the board chairman, so he had sex with the grandson to keep him quiet. The grandson seems to have fallen in love with Sawatari and thinks that they're lovers, and Sawatari is continuing on his business while denying his feelings toward the grandson. They aren't actually lovers, but they do have feelings for each other (again, Sawatari is denying his feelings for the grandson). It also seems that Sawatari is staying with the grandson, perhaps because of the reason he explained to his customer; that he's run away from home. *I'm calling the seme "the grandson" because it seems he wasn't actually given a name in the manga and I don't like calling characters "the seme" or "the uke".
