Nope according the novel, Aster don't have any problem in that aspect. And yep Letitia is infertile because when she was little Aster pushed her down the stairs and she injured so badly that her womb was seriously damaged and taken out.
So now Michael will go to kill Letitia?
As far as I remember, The Winchester said Letitia cannot get pregnant right? But actually it's Aster that impotent. When Riancs said she's pregnant, Aster know either it's fake or it's baby from another man.
