It’s not exactly cheating though. Cheating on your diet maybe but if you’ve ever fasted, you’d know that it eventually becomes unbearable since your body starts eating itself in order to have the energy to just survive. For people like the uke with not much fat, the body goes after muscles and that’s where the real huge issues start. He hadn’t eaten for a whole week. He was starved and probably in a horrible place healthwise and mentally. Let’s not forget the other symptoms that come with starvation: irritability, loss of rationality, nausea, headache, low blood pressure, high heart rate, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, gastrointestinal problems (when you do try to eat), abdominal pain, muscle weakness, etc. I speak from experience as someone who fasted for Ramadan when I was still a Muslim and also as someone who is recovering from eating disorders. If someone offered me a pork slab when I was an anorexic Muslim, I’d have devoured it. Probably raw. Then thrown up because my body couldn’t handle food back then and I had to be on a liquid diet for a while until my stomach healed enough to tolerate soft solids. The seme understood that 3-5 days was a long time to starve and 7 days was the upper limit. He placed a really unreasonable restriction on the uke who only wanted a reliable and good tasting meal. Also, he couldn’t even eat. He almost threw up just trying to have a different flavour. That’s like if I told you “don’t eat anyone else’s cooking but mine!!” And I make you just barely enough food to last you 3-5 days if you ration it and you somehow last 7 days and then I message you that it’s gonna be one more day when you’re already starving. You’re gonna cook for yourself or order food in. That’s normal. If I place that restriction on you or get mad at you over it, I’m the asshole because that’s a crazy restriction to have in the first place! He could have jizzed into a cup and put it in the fridge if he really wanted uke to eat only from him.

Brushed over that cheating a little too quick…
