I remember reading it forever ago. I think it was a compilation of one shots? One of the stories was a girl in love with her teacher(?) and she finds out he has a fiance (who is also a high schooler). Fiance seems nice but is mean to the mc cause she knows she likes her fiance. (I think) MC kisses the teacher and he gets mad at her. But I think they end up together anyways? The author had a very distinct art style. And her stories were mainly all young romance with lots of angst. I have other really old manga that I half remember that I’ll be trying to find soon.
