I'm not sure why the manhwa author decided to deviate from the novel.
A bit of a spoiler . . . . . . It took a while for the two of them to have sex, and it took even longer for them to call each other by their names, because that means they fully trust each other. It's weird that the person adapting the novel is expediting things bc it alters the narrative a bit, and you lose the special moment to when they actually give consent or ask each other to be called by their names and how much it means to them.
I'm still looking forward to how they'll unfold the story but I don't like how they adjusted things this way.
