and as for the reason why the mark seemed familiar to ml, it was because he knew the guild betel (it was also mentioned in passing)
but yeah, i agree that we never really went that deep regarding mc's past, even the ending seemed a bit rushed too

All of it was explained in the novel, tbh the manhwa was really rushed during season two. Like the mc spent monthsss in Argentina and learned Spanish and everything if I remember correctly lmfao. So yeah all the stuff with the past guild was explained much better, and why the esper died and everything
As cute as I found this, there’s a lot missing about the mc we never found out who his previous partner was NOR did we find out why the previous partner mark looked so familiar to the ml.
Didn’t really dive too deeply into the mc’s background history even though the trauma from his past is majority of the story. And the way the ending went by so fast after ml found out that the mc was the one who healed him
