Then the mc went back in time where they got married to the ml and since the mc knew the future and that the ml truly loves him the mc accepted the ml’s hand. Then they had twins due to the mermaid ancestors of the mc. They even call eachother as “wangfei” and “wangye”. Or the ml would call the mc as “nounou”
