Unfortunately, it's a real thing. Even though the girls had the facts and really cared about Touma, it were made to believe that they were being 'dramatic' or 'hypocritical', being 'women' in the discussion. Bro, the bald guy harassed Mami everytime, and his friend with the droopy eyes admitted to Taichi that if necessary, he would put his friends before his girlfriend. But whatever...
dude deadass this is what always pissed me off about this manga, the fact that they made that guy seem like his side was completely valid when really he was js blatantly homophobic and ignorant.. on top of that the girls who were arguing with him and were giving completely valid reasons were framed as bitchy and like how republicans portray "woke blue haired people" so that pisses me off even more
and his reasoning for being homophobic bc he was assaulted felt like such an out of nowhere thing?? its such a complex topic to cover because that IS something that happens in real life but it felt like the mangaka just threw it in there to make him seem more understandable

Sorry but this one bastardo yapping about whats normal and not and the position of girls was so lame like the panels order made it seem like hes spittin some life changing facts while the girls were givin valid contra
